Project Delivery Methods

Design/Build

“One Stop Shopping” combines both design and construction under the authority of the GC. This allows design to focus on the customer's needs but controlled by an established budget. The two “best seller” benefits are the speed of the project and no change orders.

Bid/Build

A proven traditional method that has been around forever. The owner hires the design team direct and then selects GC’s to bid the project. Allows us to bid your work and save you money.

Cost Plus with GMAX

Allows for an owner to hire a GC without the drawings being 100% complete. The GMAX (guaranteed maximum price) gives the owner a "not to exceed" price which protects them while the drawings are being completed.

CMAR “Construction Management at Risk”

This method is very similar to Design/Build but adds a GMAX to insure maximum pricing. The design and construction is contracted separately to the owner but works together from day one to control the budget.

Construction Management

We offer this service to customers who want to contract directly with subcontractors and design teams. This includes project management/supervision of preconstruction services and all construction at a set CM fee. Let us share our team's experience on your next project.
