KEY PERSONNEL

Phil Amos – President     

30 years of experience in general contracting. He started in the family business and teamed up with David Finch to start A&F General Contractors which has become his life long journey. A large part of his experience has been in the Commercial & Industrial market segments and mainly using the design-build method in which he has DBIA Certification. Bachelor of Science degree – Industrial Engineer and MBA degree.

David Finch – Vice President     

20 years of experience in general contracting. He also started in the family business and later graduated from Texas A&M with a Construction Science Degree. David has a variety of experience in several market segments. One of his strengths is his experience in tilt-wall construction.

Key Personnel

The project management team is well diversified with 70+ years of experience. A&F's team is made up of Texas A&M Construction Science Degree Alumni and LEED AP Project Managers. The team is supported by Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers. A&F’s Safety Manager has over 25 years of experience in construction safety and will be present on all projects on a regular basis. It’s the people who make a good company and A&F’s team has what it takes to manage any size project. The key to A&F’s success is not over-booking them but allowing them to focus on the customers and building relationships.
